We are 100% proudly Kiwi-owned and operated.
Elevate Corporate Team Events Ltd started life in 1995. Back then we ran private outdoor adventures as well as team-building events throughout New Zealand. Our aim then, as it is now, was to bring a sense of fun and adventure to people's lives.
We now solely focus on creating unforgettable (for all the right reasons) team experiences for organisations around the country.
We are always on the lookout for new ideas and new opportunities. So, watch this space - a new event will be coming your way soon!

Confucius once said “Do something you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
For over a decade I’ve pursued a passion (no.. not just finding sweet mountain bike trails to ride) a passion for finding out what makes people and teams tick and, what are the driving factors behind some of the most successful people in business.
When I saw how team dynamics can play such a pivotal role in driving a business forward, I knew, whatever I did, it had to involve working with developing teams.
Having managed teams in the corporate world, owned an outdoor adventure company, an email marketing company, mountain biked through Argentina and Chile, become a certified NLP Master Practioner and having done almost every kind of profiling (Myers, Enneagram, Spiral Dynamic, Disc, Wealth Profile), it’s pretty safe to say these experiences have put me in good stead for the role I’m relishing as GM here at Elevate.
What more could I ask for? I’m working with awesome companies (that's you) with a slick team putting together team events that will leave your team more engaged and energised... which ultimately contributes to the success of your overall business.
I love that our ‘out of the box, off the shelf’ events mean we can deliver outstanding events time after time but, more importantly, our experience mixed with that means, we know how we can tweak, twist and tailor any event to make it as unique and individual as your team.
We’re about matching our events to your outcome, not the other way round. I definitely believe that team events should be about getting everyone
involved in some way, it should be about choice, and in the echoing words of our ‘MD at Large’ all about the ‘F’ word... FUN!

Work should be fun - life is too short for it to be otherwise?
Having worked in the corporate sector in my 'formative' years, and then having invested time expeditioning and a few years outdoor instructing, I've managed to meld the two 'worlds' together.
I don't do 'touchy feely', I'm not into holding hands and swaying, singing "Kum By Ya", nor do I think that people should be railroaded into high ropes and other such challenges that can do more harm than good - but 16 years ago that was, to a large extent, what "team building" was. That's why Elevate was born.
I'm into providing the 'space' and a non-threatening platform for people to have fun together, plus learn a little something, perhaps about themselves, their colleagues, or their team.
I'm careful to ensure that team events are all-inclusive, there's no one who's going to say 'I can't participate in that' and that events are tailored to the client's desired outcomes - whether it be a 'just for fun' event or something which provides some real insights into the team at work (with a dose of fun in there too - life's too short to not have fun).
