"We found the organisation of the event professional and the exercises had been carefully worked out. It was a thoroughly enjoyable occasion that met our company objectives of bringing our geographically dispersed team together and facilitating co-operation."

How this event works
Our professional facilitators will meet your team at the chosen venue and brief them on what to expect. This briefing will maxise buy-in from even the most reluctant participants.
The facilitators will then take your team through some low key, but carefully designed, warm-up activities – primarily to get your team moving and thinking – plus laughing and relaxed.
Smaller teams (6 to 9 per team is a good number) then take part in team challenges – some head-to-head, some just by themselves. These activities (all a punchy 15 minutes long) will require your team to communicate, plan, lead and execute effectively in order to achieve objectives.
Challenge examples;
» Blast Shelter – building a tent blindfolded – promotes planning, leadership, trust, communication
» Tower Construction - large scale jenga building - promotes discussion, inclusion, planning, action
» Transportation Zone - using ramps on platforms to traverse across an area - promotes problem solving, leadership
Teams come together for the finale – launching eggs at a target using our Team Catapults (well oiled teams can get an egg to fly 90 metres with one of these). This finale has oomph! and is a great release for all.
